Terms of use
Purpose
These terms govern access to the Densem website and use of the file-conversion service published by VECTO. By using the service, you accept them.
Access to the service
The public converter can be used without an account, within the limits in force (file size, number of conversions, daily volume). Those limits may change.
Business lets organisations process file batches in a company workspace. It requires an account and, when billing is enabled, a card on file. You pay only for successful conversions.
Your files
You warrant that you have the rights needed to upload the files. The service must not be used for unlawful content or to bypass a protection measure.
You keep ownership of your files. VECTO accesses them only to run, secure and, where needed, diagnose the requested conversion.
Results
Each conversion is checked before the file is made available. That does not guarantee a complete reproduction of the original, or compatibility with every third-party application.
The original file is not modified. If a conversion fails, you may retry or use another file.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, VECTO is not liable for data loss, loss of business or any indirect damage arising from use or unavailability of the service.
You are responsible for keeping a copy of important files before uploading them.
Suspension and changes
VECTO may suspend abusive, unlawful or unsafe use, and may change features, limits or these terms. The version published on this page prevails.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction.
