Mailbox and email conversion
These containers are not interchangeable. An OST is an Outlook cache, a PST is a portable archive, MBOX is a concatenated mailbox, EML is one RFC 822 message. Each dedicated page explains that pair and embeds the converter.

Questions
Is this an email-to-PDF converter?
No. These pages reconstruct or split mail containers. Visual snapshots of a message are a different problem.
When do I need Business?
Guest conversion is one file. Tenant cutovers, directories of OSTs, or multi-gigabyte stores belong in a Business workspace.
