Export PST to EML

A PST is convenient inside Outlook and awkward everywhere else. Exporting to EML gives you one file per message in a format Apple Mail, Thunderbird and most forensic tools can read. We extract in isolation and validate the message set before download.

No account on the public uploader. Guest jobs stay within five conversions and 250 MB per day. Business rates start at €0.80/GB for OST → PST.

Why leave PST

PST is a Microsoft container. If the next owner of the mail is not Outlook — or you need to inspect messages without a Windows profile — EML is the portable unit.

This conversion splits the archive. It does not keep Outlook-specific folder UI as a single file; you get a zip of EML messages.

What validation means here

After extraction we check that the output is readable mail, not an empty zip or a truncated dump. Corrupt PST structures are reported instead of being padded.

Not a search appliance

We do not index your mailbox for later queries. The job is conversion and a one-shot download.

Questions

Will folder names be preserved?

Messages are exported from the PST structure. Treat the zip as a message store, not a pixel-perfect Outlook folder tree.

Can I rebuild a PST afterwards?

Yes — see EML to PST if you need to assemble messages back into Outlook.

Is this the same as printing to PDF?

No. EML keeps headers and MIME structure. PDF is a visual snapshot, not mail.
