DOCXPDF
DOCX is an Office Open XML package. PDF is the portable visual you send when the recipient should not edit. Layout, fonts and tracked changes behave differently from a screenshot. We convert in isolation and check that the output is a PDF, not a renamed zip.
No account on the public uploader. Guest jobs stay within five conversions and 250 MB per day. Business rates start at €0.80/GB for OST → PST.

A DOCX still expects Word or a compatible editor. Procurement, a counterparty, or an archive desk often wants a PDF they can open without macros. That is this conversion.
If the next requirement is long-term archival (embedded fonts, no JavaScript), continue with PDF to PDF/A after this step. They are different jobs.
The worker identifies DOCX, renders to PDF, then validates that the result is a PDF. Empty, encrypted or corrupt packages fail with a diagnostic.
Complex SmartArt, some embedded fonts, and printer-specific layout can still shift. We do not pretend this is a pixel-perfect InDesign RIP.
One document per guest task. Letterheads, template libraries and folders of contracts belong in Business.
Legacy .doc is normalised toward the Office worker. Prefer a real DOCX when you can; ancient binary Word is a worse source.
The PDF is a visual of the current document state as rendered. It is not a legal discovery export of every revision.
That is the wrong tool. Put the table in a spreadsheet and use XLSX to CSV.
